    Careful with sodium and cholesterol on those frozen strips. Macros might look great but bc they’re still processed chicken, got some gnarly additives. Not trolling, just mentioning it. Great vid, the edits are getting better by the day!

    Healthy Nutrition is cutting out processed foods and cutting out seed oils. And lay off the boxed and bagged food. Find a local butcher and ask them for grass fed grass finished beef. Remove all seed oils and vegetable oil. Don’t eat meat that is raised eating grains and soy and corn. Look up linolenic acid… to much of this isn’t healthy.

    I'm just a random YouTube commenter so what do I know, but I feel like a vlog style video might be a better viewing experience. We like you as a person so something more personal like no camera man and you handling the camera and not editing with lens flare and epic transitions might let us connect with you easier. I'm not trying to be offensive, your videos are still great this way
