    I have issues with my piriformis muscle also, I thought it was sciatic nerve but went to chiropractor. I take a tennis ball and lightly sit on it to roll the muscle lol. Hurts so good.

    Creatine is highly recommended, it’s one of the most researched workout supplements available. The time that you take it does not matter you can take it anytime during the day but you have to take it every day because your body does not store it. Women need to take a smaller dose than men but you have to take a loading dose for a couple of days first.

    Try Old Navy. They have great options for athletic wear. I love their compression leggings the best, they keep everything hidden without bulges showing.

    Also, other leggings are notorious for showing your underwear when you bend down. It happened to me when I wore a pair from Costco (now I wear those at home). Doesnt happen with Old Navy leggings.

    I just wait for a sale. They have sales every week and I have quite a few options now with shirts, bras, and leggings or joggers.

I also shop for discount workout gear and I’ve gotten some good ones from Walmart and Shein!Chai latte is one of my favorite Fall drinks! I’m using the Califia farm’s unsweetened coconut almond unsweetened creamer and I love it! It’s just as creamy as half&half and only 10 calories per serving! I agree you can always tell that it’s a bbl! Those dangle earrings would look so good for Fall with a chunky knit comfy sweater!Thanks for sharing your day with us!💛

    I hate that bubble butts are so popular now. when i was in school, i was made fun of for my bubble butt. no i wasn't fat, just had that jessica rabbit body and i hated it. i wore long jackets and trent coats.. good thing i was a metal/punk/goth girl lol but still. now i'm chubby and my bubble butt sticks out even more. when i heard girl were dying with back alley butt injections for a bubble butt. i kept thinking damn, and i'm trying to get rid of mine.

    Hey girl I don’t do bcaas anymore. I’ll do EAAS occasionally but truly love glutamine. I also don’t add creatine separately. It’s usually in my preworkout formulas and that’s enough for me. ON products give me digestive issues, but would love to see how things workout for you. Keep training hard!

    Papa snack?!? That made me laugh. Lost my own papa 23 years ago, weeks after I got married. He was a handsome devil, too, and my brother last year, another handsome devil.     I bet that guy was posting pics on Instagram of all the heavy weights pretending that’s what he was doing 🤣 Idk if you’re into energy drinks or not but the Bang energy has BCAAS and creatine in them. I’m not really into energy drinks although lately I’ve been having some and enjoying them. I get energy without the jitters.
