    I have a lot of the same back issues (sciatica, herniated discs.. yay aging lol 😒) that you are describing in this video and I've been doing PIYO and it's been helping A LOT with building up those muscles to support my back. Hope this helps someone. It has greatly reduced my pain.

    Gifted hubby a Blackstone for Father's day. I can't wait to enjoy some meal prepping on it. I wish we had a Costco that was closer than 45 mins one way. We have Sam's that's very close but not a lot variety. Those veggies from Costco look amazing! Great job keeping consistent at the gym!

    I developed lower back issues over quarantine. I was working out at home, but my consistency was not the same and my back muscles got weak. Now it's much better. Surprising, I was able to strengthen my back with weight training (deadlifts and back extensions, gradually increasing weight). Back pain is no joke. I think you are doing good by sticking with what makes your body feel good. I think that planks, and mat (or ball) crunches are good. Compound movements work your core as well.

    Hey Danielle, talk to me about that keto friendly bread on your counter – is that from natures own? What's the nasty on that bread? I bought kiss my keto bread just for once in a while (5 carbs per slice 😬) but I have not tried it yet. I don't "miss" bread but sometimes it's nice to put my roast beef on a slice. Anyway in my carbage days natures own bread was my go to.

    I too suffer from lower back pain and sciatica… it has been an ongoing thing for 12 years for me..
    Anyway that being said I'm going to try a smart hula… found it on Amazon.
    Check out princess ninja keto.. Melanie Hinde she demonstrated how to use this thing.
    I ordered it thought it would help with the waist and thigh area..

    Just an idea.

    My chiropractor recommended when my lower back would hurt to lie on the floor, bring your knees in and hug them for a bit, then roll your hips knees bent to one side and pause, then the other side and pause. Keep your shoulders pressed to the floor. I swear it works!
