The dessert looked soo good. We go through a Lot of tea here too. Its how I get my water intake for the day lol. I put just under a cup of sugar. I use a Tea maker and LOVE it! I do Sun-tea in the summer on occasion, but I've been spoiled by the tea maker as it doesn't take very long for it to brew. Thank you for the videos. You all are awesome!

You have me making desert again, a favorite here is jello with a matching tin of fruit in it and using the juice to make the jello top with cream of some sort. Thank you for all the ideas.

I appreciate watching videos with little to no mention of anything with the word virus in it. I also only listen to our govenor's posts via phone. Keeps me sane and keeps me from getting depressed. Thank goodness for social media and internet in general.

I can tell you we have shelter in place all ready. The kids can play in the backyard. I live in Chicago and everything is shut down you can only go through the drive thru to get orders. And at 5:00 p.m. everyone is off the street. The only way your on the street is if your an EMT ,City or state worker, or your going to work all else are at home.

The governor has now this morning at 11 am in Michigan said a safety to stay at home for the next 3 weeks. It is to keep down the cases of the virus spreading. I am good with it. I would rather stay at home and be safe than going out. You can go to the doctors, prescriptions and groceries still. That is it. We have a distant of how far to be away from people also. Stay safe everyone.

I have been doing pantry challenge/ budget meals for 2 months now and have noticed less waste at end of week and a much better food budget! Food shortages have not hit us like most people due to my continued challenge! I think of myself as leaving it for more people in need! Thank you for your re-use tips! They have my brain ticking! Lime most of us should during these times!

Fried oreos sound fun! The cookies and cream dessert looked amazing! I don't buy Oreos…..I have zero self control with them. 😂 I love your DITL too and hope they make a return. Watching your family is a joy and always something I look forward too! Blessings to you! ❤️

If only it was like that. People are spending more money hoarding food and stockpiling.☹️ people think stay at home acts mean groceries are closed and they won’t be..

Louisiana goes on lockdown today at 5PM. Sadly, per capita we are leading the country is cases of Coronavirus. It is terrifying. We are as prepared with food and supplies as anyone can possibly be and are ready to stay home for weeks. I haven't left the house in 10 days because I am high risk. This is a nightmare! Millions of people will be changing the way they eat. Thankfully I started cooking and helping in the kitchen when I was six years old. I know how to make a dinner with fillet of beef or beans, rice and homemade cornbread. People who don't know how to cook basic, budget meals like we do are about to learn. Stay well!
