    Hi and I’m so Glad your video was put in front of me..
    I’ve quite keto like 4-5 times and never to have gone more than 30 days.. Currently on day 5 and I’m feeling miserable.     I have fasted in the past in the morning I do enjoy that but now I'm on medication that I need to eat with food what is your best advice on the smallest thing to eat just still help me somewhat stay in a good range until lunch thank you

    Hi! So I have a question. All this was low carb and high protein (and looks delicious!!!), but what about fat grams. I want to start eating low carb, but if there are high fat grams will I still be able to lose weight??? Or do I need to restrict myself with fat grams as well.
