I promised you a link for a Zojirushi Breadmaker. If you want to bake using basic ingredients and don't have much time, this just might be the answer. https://amzn.to/3mAblYv

My favorite bread mixer ever is the Bosch Bread Mixer. https://bit.ly/3mWU2BF Full disclosure, I'm not a fan of the blender attachment but I LOVE the bread mixer!

Frugal Friendly with pantry variation: Chicken Salad – canned chicken breast, mayo, mustard, diced sweet onion, diced celery, dried cranberries. Make your pizze dough & make smaller circles. After baking, curve dough circles in half & fill with chicken salad. Pantry only version – canned chicken breasts, onion powder, celery seed, mix ground mustard seeds into dressing or mayo, dried cranberries. Make pizza dough as described above. I like to let my chicken salad sit for a while so flavors can mingle. You can also use big lettuce leaves in lieu of the dough.

Okay, two hours later after your video. Pizza dough cooked two different pizzas. The first pizza tasted very salty to me. I have high blood pressure, low salt. The second pizza, which I had tuna fish on, tasted wonderful. The meat really balanced off the salt flavor. Toppings were the same except for the tuna. Toppings make the difference. Crust was very good. looking forward to experimenting on the grill, different toppings, fine tuning my pizza game. Thanks for the excellent suggestions. Much appreciated.

I am at my 15 acre, off the grid, solar powered, nature retreat, water access only, wondering what to have for dinner. This was the perfect suggestion for tonight. I will be making pizza tonight, all alone, not a soul for miles. It is so peaceful and quiet here in Northern MN, just south of the Canadian border near Ely MN, at the end of the road. Thanks for making all your videos. You are both very creative and do a great job.

I use this recipe for pizza sauce, as I feel it's a good one, and saves quite a bit of money: I got it back in 2015, but I don't know where. Sam's Club sells the cans in a 12-pack for around $5.50 right now…Don't add olive oil to this mixture. I find if I let it sit in the fridge for a day, the flavors all sort of meld together and it's wonderful.
    1 6-oz. can tomato paste

Up to 6 oz. water (just use the empty tomato paste can)

    Garlic Herb Seasoning to taste

I’ve had great luck freezing and using shredded cheese for pizzas. I take out the package a day or two before making the pizza and it’s been really good. Not shelf stable, but good short to medium term food storage. I’m going to try your pizza dough recipe because mine is not as pretty or soft as that. Thank you for sharing!

We have made pizza at home for decades. Our favorite way to cook them is to throw them on the barbecue. We slightly precook the crust so that it will hold together on the grill. I made some 10 " cutting boards that we make the pizzas on and then slide them on the grill. When the pizza is done we place the pizza back on the board and cut it and eat it right off the board. We recently bought an OONI pizza oven that runs solely on pellets. Talk about the perfect grid down machine! Thanks for continually providing thought and action provoking ideas!
