Cooking ribs 'til they achieve a fall-off-the-bone state means you have OVER-COOKED them.  The should be juicy, tender, and pulled back on the bone at least  1/4 in. and they should have a slight adherence to the bone…. not fall-off-the-bone. Also, when picking up the rack of ribs with tongs, it should slightly bend in the center, but not fall apart.

WOW, those look outstanding!!!! I like your idea of putting a few drops of liquid smoke in the Instant Pot also. Will be making some of these for sure. Thanks Doug for all your wonderful recipes and videos. You have quite a knack at cooking and like all the appliances. I have the Instant Pot and just got an air fryer for Christmas. Been checking your videos out for about two weeks now and love them……Claudia

The reason the Apple cider vinegar tast good with ribs is that apples and pork go great together … Everytime you see a whole roasted pig it has an Apple in its mouth.. And this is the way I make ribs…😋😋😋😋 thanks Doug.

Yum!! Adding ribs to my grocery list now!! 🙂 That’s so funny because I’ve been using electric pressure cookers for 10 plus yrs, and I always cook my meat crispy, then I put it in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes to tenderize! This all started way before the Air Fryer was ever thought of, but I’ll have to try it your way too next time..:) TFS!! 🌷🤗🦋
