Oh I love this lady…..I hear her about talking about it and losing friends….Not even because I talk about it….but because it makes them uncomfortable. You stop getting invited to dinners etc….people don't like to be reminded about their bad habits..That's what I tell myself anyway.

Same age as Linda and she is such an inspiration. I see so many women 10 years younger in terrible shape and I don't want to go down that road. Fiber fills me up so much that I don't need to keep going back for seconds and am losing weight as long as the nuts stay out of sight. Eating meat left me in so much physical pain I could barely walk some days so as I'm getting my life back I want to start exercising again.

Wow she looks amazing. She is not dull at all and her make up looks fab. Wow AJ you are looking great, too. How do you not have ANY wrinkles? Nothing wrong with them but you have none! You know how they say women lose their beauty by a certain age? Both of you are examples of not losing your beauty. It's so nice to know women can be feminine and attractive until the end. I am inspired. I am in my 50 s and doing well but I've had fears my beauty will be gone in a few years. You both have shown me that is not necessarily the case as long as I eat right and exercise! THANK YOU

I must also chime in about the animal angle. Most of the animals that we use for food, and clothing have been genetically engineered over the years by man for these purposes. While I agree totally that cruelty should not exist, were they not grown for these purposes, they would not exist.

Listening to Ms. Linda talk about antibiotics, and cruise ships. We have been antibiotic resistant for years. It is supposed to be illegal for cruise ships to dump garbage into the oceans. I rook a cruise a few years ago. There was a lot of oil being spilled

Thank you SO VERY MUCH for this interview. I can relate to what you talked about being the only vegan in the family; I am the only one among family and friends. I have learned not to talk too much. My heart was broken when about 6 months ago when we were babysitting our 4 year old grandson he asked where meat came from. I had to tell the truth but be completely neutral. He said, "But they're so nice!". Now he still eats meat but has become used to the idea that it comes from animals. I got a renewed boost of incentive to eat much cleaner; I too am addicted to cheese and eat too much sugar. Linda has given me such excitement about it never being too late to look gorgeous and be healthy, let alone keep helping stop the misery of factory farming. Then I will let my appearance and energy be the witness to my way of eating. I continue to be about 30 lbs. overweight (have been my whole life). I find it very easy to get back on the WFPB way of eating because I fortunately love the food.

I love the advice of keeping potatoes with you in your purse! It's the perfect balance between super useful but also a bit crazy, so I definitely see myself doing this in the future!

You can make your own ice cream from frozen 🍌blended with any other frozen fruit…. My favourite is 🍌n🥭 then sometimes I drizzle it with agave ….. simple, delicious, and completely fat free 😊❤🤤

Not just being physically fit, but the little things like dressing well, hair, some make-up make a difference.(none of these are "little"). That is part of how she looks so "youthful" for 78 – which is mind blowing.
