As a chinese orange chicken… What the flip is that?!??!? Do you Americans not know the meat name and jutt call it "orange chicken". Orange chicken can refer to so meat food. Bak kwa, sweet and sour pork, 干(dry)stir fried chicken and prawn paste chicken.

Nope. My first ever Chinese food experience was a place called Charlie Chang’s. They served both Chinese and Japanese, and it was AMAZING. My family and I always had the same waitress every time we went, and she taught me how to use chopsticks when I was about 7. I live in Virginia, but in a town that is filled with a lot of Asian (especially Korean) culture. I’m super lucky to have been able to experience that at such a young age.
