Psst.. A little secret from a gastric sleeve patient that has BUYERS REMORSE. Eat only the serving size and weigh your food. I can only eat 6 oz and I take a lot of supplements which in turn have made my stomach horrible. (Almost always sick) So I have to take nausea medication. You have a good support system with Marc. You can do it! I had EXTREME STRESS the last 2 months of 2021. Never drank and now I drink since I can't overeat. It DRIVES me crazy. Both are bad, but which is truly worse… you know? โค๐งก๐๐

I had a friend whose mother taught her to make this (Haluski) and I love it! We kinda cheated and added some bacon, too. I've never made it in an instant pot before, but sounds great! The whole kitchen smells of cabbage, but it's really good!
