I found it on YT! When I think of bees I'm reminded of the scare mongering that was done in the late 70's about the killer bees that also failed to materialize! I remember being very afraid of them little knowing that all would be well and I needn't have worried! I did check on Amazon and found that the Max Rock and the nesting insert pans were not available but the Ekovana ones still are!

I've been doing well on clean keto – 85 pounds lost over the last year – but I have yet to buy an Insta/Instant Pot. I was wondering if you could recommend your favourite, most/best features etc. and some of your favourite accessories for same. I'm happy with my air frier and I want to try some other things like pressure cooking. I know I would get great use from the saute feature and lots of other things I'm sure. Thx!!
