I agree Egg Roll in a Bowl is one of my favorites. To switch up this recipe I usually use Ground Turkey and will buy Broccoli slaw as well and mix it in along with any veggies I have in my fridge (peppers, carrots, onions, celery – whatever is on hand). I serve mine over Cauliflower rice but make regular rice for the rest of the family.

How many people are you serving? These meals seem like they would only feed maybe 4 people. Since Sharla has a large family, does she have to use 2 bags for each meal? Or maybe we are just big eaters. 😂

I just made one batch of the Ground Beef Stroganoff. I'm trying to use up some foods from my freezer/pantry so I looked into the Club. I searched sour cream and this came up. The guys LOVED it! I served it over egg noodles, again using it up. This will be made in bulk and freeze. Thank you so much! Edited to add: LOL! And here you are making it now. This is a great meal.

My husband and I started a new batch of freezer meals today. We made your pizza casserole except we didn’t use tortellini because I had the wrong kind. I cooked up some elbow macaroni noodles instead. I’ll let you guys know how it turned out. Also with the tortellini I did have ( chicken herb) I made the chicken Alfredo casserole. We couldn’t wait for the sausage zucchini soup so we are having it for supper with garlic bread. Lol. Tomorrow onto chicken and beef meals.

Torturing myself watching you gals cook lol. My goal at present is using up everything in the freezer because it can't be moved across the country. You both make me feel like my cousin and I will be well prepared by the time freezer meal preparing comes.

Sometimes we get coleslaw mix in our veggie budget boxes, so next time we do I'm going to try your "egg roll in a bowl". We call egg rolls "spring rolls" in Australia. I don't know why you call them egg rolls if they have no eggs? Speaking of language differences, I got really confused the first time I heard North Americans ate biscuits with gravy! It sounded just awful! I have since found out that North American biscuits are more like damper rolls.

I've made and LOVE the granola bars, ground beef stroganoff, cajun chicken, egg roll in a bowl, and (my favorite) steak teriyaki! These have all made it into the rotation. Thanks so much ladies! Cooking is fun again🥰

Using the Italian sausage Tortalini for the "pizza pasta" completely eliminated the need to buy sausage! My wholesale club is the same price for the meat ravioli as it is for the 5 cheese! So just needed to add ham and pepperoni to it! Instead of the extra sausage and needing to cook, drain, and chill the ground sausage!
