I dont have any family, but i would like to do that for myself. Im disabled and Im on chemo so there are days when im just not up to doing much. So if i could have somethings in my freezer that would help. Also want to make smoothies and freeze them. Thank you Mary for sharing. God Bless

Mary TFS. I’ve gotten away from cooking ahead because it’s just me. But I feel that I would like to eat healthier so I appreciate the push. Blessings to you and your wonderful family

I bought the recipe pack, went shopping last night and can’t wait to get started cooking today! My husband does the cooking and has for our 36 years of marriage but he is doing low-carb and frankly I’m getting tired of it. The fact that I can make these recipes, freeze them, and then pull from the freezer as needed is perfect for me. The breakfast stacks will be perfect for him too!

I so look forward to your videos…ditto on therapeutic lol and all of the other great comments.
I just made a mess in my kitchen this evening with a recipe for meat loaf in a muffin pan. (needed to make smaller mounds)
They are yummy but no sugar, just Stevia for sweetner.
Also, please tell us your secret to staying slim. It might be the fast forward speed when you are working on a project 😉
    Thanks again!

The recipes look amazing. I did this when our kids were young and at home. It’s just the hubby and I now. When I cook, we vacuum seal and label the leftovers. After a while, there are several meals you can put together yourself. It’s really worked out well. Thanks!

My husband is English and when ever he ask me , whats for dinner i start with the veggie , that's the Dutch way, but !the English way is to start with the meat kind lol so needless to say am missing the veggies here so perhaps the Americans do the meat thing first aswell , am the veggie police , still Nice recipy's

Wish I could share my 2 week menu pdf that I created. I find this works extremely well for staying on budget. In a nutshell, one side is the meals I want to cook and the other side is the groceries needed to make those meals.

I’m sorry, how do bacon, eggs, and sausage constitute a healthy meal? And raw eggs in the frozen cheesecake? Did you bake that in a plastic container?
