I use Souper Cubes myself and love them. I use the half cup ones to make 1/2 cup portions of chopped onions. I may get the two TBSP container to make my minced garlic, ginger and tumeric cubes. I use my two cup container for my Vegan (all in one pot) of Vegan chilli.

I absolutely love these! I had no idea that they had the cookie trays… thank you for telling us about them, just ordered the set.
I like the 2T ones for lemon juice, aqua faba, etc. My favorite is the two cup, I freeze soups, chili, etc., We eat big portions of low calorie veggie soups, so these are perfect! Highly recommend!

The 2 Tbsp size is good for tomato paste. Makes it easy when you make something and you need 1-2 Tbsps. I pop them out after they freeze and put them in another container. 1/2 Cup is great for brown rice. It is so nice to have the metric measures too. The 2 cup size is nice for broth and the 1 cup size is perfect for vegan chili and casseroles, etc. for single serve. Enjoy! These are really helpful for storage and I have been using them to store more efficiently all of my leftovers in the freezer. Don't overfill because the food still can expand.
