One of the most requested videos is for me to freeze dry pizza. There is just one problem. Freeze dried pizza doesn’t really work.

This looks great! Im looking at purchasing a large for food storage and a small pet business. Currently, the premier pump is included for free. Do you still stand by the superior value and longevity of the large with premier pump over the medium and oil less? Also, any updates on the times and costs per oz/batch? Looks like that is your current setup??
Off subject for the video (I don't use facebook or mewe)….just giving a heads up. If you plan on freeze drying tuna and use silicone liners be ready for a new infused smell on said liners. I may or may not have just discovered this.

We just did 160 scrambled eggs from Sam’s in the freeze dryer this weekend!! Then we put them in our Ninja to chop them up….Loving having all of our food security available to us!! Thanks for your postings, we LOVE them!!

That is a great idea! I think some chopped turkey pepperoni thrown in the soup before freeze drying would work well since its not greasy at all.

OK, serious question here…is all of the food that is reconstituted from freeze dried watery? I really don't like watery food… Is there any way to reconstitute without all the water? Thank You!

A large drier is definitely on my bucket list as is a vacuum chamber.
That looks like one of the best recipes I've seen even though I don't like pizza but it's because I don't care for the crust
