    Sounds good and close to my favourite recipe. Question: when I take lid off my Instant Pot for burned food, I have to let the machine cool way down before I can "throw" the lid back on. Is this not how my Instant Pot should be working?

    This will sound weird but adding one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder creates a smoothness to the chili that is unbelievable. Been doing it for years. Tried it once and will never forget this ingredient again.
