When cooking pulled pork in the crockpot it’s really good to pop it under the broiler before serving. It’s a step that’s definitely worth the effort 😊

June 11 and it finally is supposed to be the 1st day onward where it's not getting colder than +11C /51F so I don't have to worry about my hanging plants freezing overnight. The temperature 25C/77F today the hottest day so far but we had a vicious thunderstorm with lots of rain.

Great recipes ! You must be feeding people you’re not telling us about 😝 I feed 7 people every day and I cook those amounts and often even have leftovers.

You should never cut up raw chicken on a wooden cutting board because they are porous and soak up the juices. Only use those for fruits, veggies, breads, etc. Raw meats need a plastic cutting board

I looked up the Parmesan garlic sauce in the bottle and your ingredients ( of course) look way better. The bottled sauce has many unnecessary ingredients (binders, preservatives, etc) in it. So we will be using your recipe 😀 I do agree though that in a pinch bottle will do hehehe

Just a little trivia knowledge. The seed inside the mango is usually cleaned and dried until it turns completely white. It's then used in parakeet cages for them to sharpen their beaks on. 😊
