There's a taco truck in Santa Barbara that I go to when I'm visiting they serve tacos burritos and quesadillas. The quesadillas have a little bit thicker tortilla then you're basic flower it's a little more oily and almost reminiscent of a tamale but it still pliable and won't break apart. It seems like this is a half corn half flour Style tortilla. Do you know of any such recipes if not please find out or I'm going to unsubscribe. LOL

Watched your video, had to make them lol. So i made 3 dozen flour tortillas and then 2 dozen with the hot cheetos. I just made them as I would my regular tortillas and added the cheetos. Next time I make them (and there will be a next time 🙂 ) I have to add more cheetos.

Hey, you disabled the comments on your tortilla video so I'm writing my question here: I tried making my tortillas but they came out crispy and not ideal to make burritos. I shouldn't have listened to my dad, he's Italian and he basically turned my tortillas into piadinas 😛

How can I achieve a softer tortilla, that can be wrapped into a nice burrito? I'll have to use butter or olive oil because I'm vegetarian and can't eat lard. Is there some trick to make them soft and flexible?
