I also agree on the way you use the extras. I so that with my 30-45 calories daily for almond/cashew/oatmilk. Over the 7 days I don't use all of my extras/sc/pf.
I think your going to do well at or around 1500 daily. I am supposed to eat 1348 calories on any app I use. I can't lose on that amount! If I stay between 1000 and 1200 I can lose with walking everyday. Period. People give me grief but in the end we know our bodies!

What is the calorie and/or portion size for your “extras”? You are doing so well at analyzing and figuring out what you need to do! We learn from our mistakes but that’s what it takes to figure it all out! I’m right there with you! We can do this! 😘

I use sugar free syrup to reconstitute the pb2. Just a small amount.you could also reconstitute with the sf Hershey syrup.
