    Rad! Does removing the membrane matter any more or less when grilling like this vs smoking? Looks like you did not remove the membrane. Also, thanks for not feeding the dog on this video 🙂

    Nice! I noticed you didn’t remove the membrane, was that just overlooked?

    I love doing ribs in the instant pot on work nights, I think I can get 2 racks in my 8qt.

    I pressure cook on high for 20 minutes after rubbing, then put them on the grill or under the broiler to finish with the sauce
