    For seasoning on regular mashed potatoes, I recommend giving Season-All a try. Also for this in particular, maybe maybe a super tiny amount of butter extract? Garlic mashed potatoes could also be done if you wanna get fancy with this, but that would involve putting some smashed garlic cloves on a heated pan and steeping it on a low heat in a liquid for 5-10 minutes (usual recipes involve butter, milk, heavy cream but tbh almond milk by itself could be used, if you make the cauli-mash super dry in advance). Could be done with different aromatics, too.

    Anyhow, I've never tried cauliflower mash (weirds me out tbh), but I'll give this a stab and play around with it. Thanks Rahul!

    couldn't try your chicken recipe till today cuz …. diwali …. seasonal vegetarian.. gotta tell you .. it was fire!!!!!!!!!!.. btw.. mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon and stevia.. natures cookie dough with some chemicals..
