I noticed ur pumpkins are quiet small. I have 5 big store bought pumpkins. Is it ok ? I thought the bigger, the better. Was I wrong. I do not celebrate Halloween by the way. I just thought there is none for the rest of the year and wanted to have some throughout the year.

Pumpkin cookie recipe looks divine. I can’t wait to try them. Hint. How about dividing the batter in half and put in the nuts you favour so much. Leave the other half with the raisins for the kids. Myself I plan I to experiment and add some dried cranberries. What could be bad ? I love anything baked with pumpkin in it.

Some people love chocolate. I love pumpkin! If you want to peel your pumpkin easily before canning, place quartered pieces in pot of boiling water for a couple of minutes. Skins will almost slide off. Recently found your channel and am loving it! I love that your daughters are interested in sharing their talents.

I feel so at home watching your videos…we have a large family as well- 7 kids…. and do the same with our flour, sugar, spices, etc….lol! I have my flour and sugar in big food grade buckets. It's so enjoyable to see other families getting the kids involved with learning how to bake/cook from scratch and teaching them how to put up food…..we just finished putting up all our garden harvest and getting ready to start butchering and canning deer meat…😀

I see you have an electric pressure canner, how do you like it? I have heard various reviews on them, some saying they don't bring it up to the kill zone for the spores that need get rid of.

I just found your channel and I love you ladies! My oldest daughter is 4 and she likes to help in the kitchen but it stresses me out. This encourages me to get her involved more so that when she's your daughters age she'll be as confident! I am just now feeling more comfortable with cooking and I'm 37! We eat low carb, no refined sugar, no wheat. But I've been making a lot of keto recipes with pumpkin! I've had to buy puree and this video has me wishing we grew our own! Thanks for this! Can't wait to watch more videos
