    Thank you for sharing 😍
I find that many “old fashion” recipes also stretch the protein more. Like having oats in the meatballs, more casseroles, soups, more/larger sides, and so on. I do love some good Indian food both for taste and stretching the dollar, but I should try expanding my horizons for more food from all over the world 😍😋

    Love from Johanne, Norway 💕

We love watching “Tribe of many “and we are all the way from South Africa. Your family are very sweet and very inspirational , my family especially loves it when the grandparents come to visit. Your dad’s Cooking and sense of humour. Spaghetti looked so good.
A tip for the spaghetti just so that you are left with more sauce . I’ve learnt from my mom and still do today is to cook my pasta separately in boiled salty water depending on how much salt you use and a little bit of oil so that they don’t stick together because of all the starch but also remember just till it’s Al dente. Normally do this before adding it to the boloignaise sauce or any other pasta sauce. It will not absorb all your sauce then. ( maybe it might be helpful to you to)
Lots of love all the way from South Africa 🇿🇦

French bread pizza could be a monthly go to for you. 1.00 a loaf at walmart fresh. I only raised 3 kids but all their friends loved to come over and make their own pizza. Maybe a pizza bar with your new sauce? It just really is so fun and delicious.
You could even put some on the smoker and in the oven!

Sarah, your food always looks so good, it’s things that I have never tried before. Some of it might look a little weird especially the Kenyan stuff but it still looks good. I might just have to try a couple of your recipes someday, but I’m not much of a cook. But yeah I just want to let you know your stuff looks yummy and the way you do it looks so efficient. It’s nice that the family helps out too.

I've made a habit of pulling out tomorrows meat or frozen items that need thawed before I take a bite of my dinner tonight. LOL Sometimes you just have to trick your brain. Love and Prayers Our Tribe of Many. We all enjoy your vlogs!

@Our Tribe of Many: Cooking tip for your slow cooker spaghetti: For every 2 cans of tomato sauce, add a can of water. It will cook your spaghetti and still be saucy. I do this on for my stuff shells recipe since I fill uncooked shells than let it cook in a watery tomato sauce. I learned the trick from America’s Test Kitchen or Cook’s Country.
