And just so people know inflation is EVERYWHERE. I live in Italy and it’s actually even a bit worse because Ukraine is the “breadbasket of Europe”. They are (or were 😢) one of the largest producers of wheat and vegetable oils. It’s actually cheaper here right now to just use olive oil for everything.

I make pizza pockets with crescent rolls too. I started when my kids where young and they are in their early 20’s now, lol. My kids still request them 😄 have made so many things with them over the years. My kids love them with as turnovers with apple sauce or pumpkin pie filling and then topped with icing. Tuna melts, sandwiches. I love them with mustard, cranberry sauce and cooked sausage links.

Julia is awesome, she's so creative, I've found for the "Pizza Pockets" that the Great Value Pie Crust adds a more neutral flavor ( those Crescents, even the "expensive" ones, have a bizarre sweet taste to them) I'm sure the Pie Crust is about the same price, PLUS you get 2 – 9 " Pie Crusts to a box, the Pie Crust won't plump up as much, but who doesn't love a pie crust? Just unfold your dough and cut with a pizza cutter or knife to pizza shapes and follow her instructions.

Wow Julia, these are some great money saving recipes. You are amazing at finding deals. Especially now when everything is more expensive !! The potato casserole looks so comforting. I will start with that and go from there. Thank you so much sweetie for helping me cook more affordable.💕💜🤗🌼🌸

Julia, I watched your video Sunday , and decided to do a meatless Monday, so headed over to the Aldi that is close by. I did t want to wait so I used canned beans. The store didn’t have any enchilada sauce, so I mixed a small can of tomato sauce and some salsa together. It was so good! Because it’s going to get really hot this afternoon, I decided to make it at lunch rime. So I’ll have several meals that I can microwave. Thank you!

Thank you for everything! I always love watching your videos. I keep hoping that I will run across something that I can make without omitting too many things! lol I’m allergic to nightshades, so no tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, paprika, etc. I also can’t have onions, garlic, beans, and I’m lactose intolerant. Ideas like this make me hate my body! 😂😂
