This all looks great, can I give you some suggestions? Get yourself some more of those kitchen floor cushions and did you ever think of a bar stool so you could sit a little when you are cutting your ingredients

Great 3 hour video. Loved every minute. My husband even watched it. You look so lovely and healthy. Love the clothes. I want to try these. Frozen foods have quite a bit of sodium to preserve it. I have to go low on the sodium and cholesterol. How do you get around that so I can cook these ? God bless you all. 🙏💙🙏

I am having a time trying to finish this video, but am working on it. Seeing you shred that chicken made me think of myself because I always did it that way until recently I was watching Jessica on Three Rivers Homestead and she said to use your electric hand held mixer to shred the chicken….BUT the chicken must be warm. I tried it and it worked wonderfully.

I’m 70. That being said, your videos make me feel like I’d like to do it all over again. I learn so much from you. Given I cannot go back, this is what I take away from you. Life happens. Illness sometimes takes over and makes decisions for us. Acceptance of our limitations is grace. And rising far above whatever we thought we could do is heaven sent. And I’m not even a religious woman. I just know that there is a higher power at work. You, lovely lady, are proof that faith works. ❤️

I’ve lost 40 lbs in the last two years. Mainly by not eating very much. I don’t know if it’s because of age or what. I’ve not really been trying to lose weight. My meals look good I’m excited to eat them and then when I have three or four bites I don’t want it anymore.

I clicked your link for the cookbook. It looks great but I would have to put it on my gift wish list for myself. I don't ever spend that much just on myself. I'm definitely going to add to my wish list.
Great to see you so healthy sweet Jammerll!

Hi Jamerrill, I have not been 21:13 able to watch your videos for over a month, I was in the hospital for over two weeks with a blood infection and E. coli in my bladder. This blood infection I had has affected my thinking they told me that that’s the first thing that will be affected and it is wreaking havoc with my memory. They said my memory would come back, but when Iam asking myself. I went in the hospital Dec. 20, after that I had to go to rehab, I was there for three and a half weeks, I was still on IV antibiotics. I have been home now for a week and a half. I just turned on youtube and went straight to your channel to the most recent video, posted 41/2 hours ago. I haven’t seen you since the 20th of December , and my goodness girl you look wonderful., I heard what you said that you’ve been on this diet and you’ve lost 50 pounds My congratulations to you, you look awesome I have missed your videos so much so I have a lot of catching up to do. but you have helped me to get back on track with all of your freezer meals. Your such an inspiration for all that you’ve been through, but you’re gonna make it. You’re a good Christian young lady and you know where your priorities lay God comes first and everything else will fall into place. You and your family are all in my prayers. You’re gonna do this kid. God‘s got your back. All my love, Marilyn queen, your 77-year-old friend from New Jersey. ❤

So glad to see one of these mega freezer meal movies again I've missed them! And you are inspiring me to get back out my THM cookbooks and try to get back on the trim train. For the almond milk, dollar tree sells a shelf stable one that good to have on hand for emergencies.

My husband and I in our 50's no less went into the keto lifestyle for over 2 years and I lost 70 pounds my husband 80. One holiday season we abandoned this and then let it slide for awhile ( 2.5 years) It wasn't that we added back all the carbs we still only have pasta (and other carbs) every 2-3 months but we weren't as diligent as we were before. This year I decided at 57 because of wanting a bigger garden and wanting to be able to plant and tend garden (torn meniscus last year , no surgery just exercises) I needed to resume keto lifestyle because of the benefits of less inflammation. I have been fluctuating between a 3 lb difference for 4 months. yesterday I mentioned this to one of my coworkers that I had 2 ounces to lose to break that bottom number but that I would probably be back up to the top of my 3 lb nemesis. This last 3 weeks I had been very determined with keto and added in intermittent fasting, this morning I got on the scale and I had lost 3 lbs!!! So happy! Do I believe my number will stick there? No I don't! I may have another 3 lb, up and down but thats okay slow is alright. I know that I have lost 23 lbs since my last doctor visit 6 months ago sometimes only a 1 lb a week. Sadly no one notices my weight lost until I hit at least 30 lbs because of where I carry it and the clothes that I wear. But I notice the way I feel, it may not show right away but feeling the change is what makes me feel better about me. So don't expect miracles like Jamerrill said follow the process it takes time to heal our bodies we are all different we all have our own "trauma", couldn't think of a better word right now, to heal. Be patient follow the process and be thankful for that pound that you lose don't set yourself up with failure by comparing to others.

So happy to see another video up, you could just throw a few (like 4-5) almonds in the blender with water to make almond milk next time or some oatmeal in water to make oatmilk! You dont have to go into the pour it into a milk bag and sqeeze the milk out, just add to blender with other ingredients your recipe calls for. Congrats on the weight loss. I see there no jamerill hand fulls of cheese in those recipes. I make a big jar of pico and a jar of non dairy cheese sauce to drench my favorite meal and avoids all those calories. I am hoping to release 40 or more pounds this next year. Thanks for this video!.
