I really like organization so I had to check out if there were some other nice ways to store food in the freezer… Have you checked out the containers on Amazon/online? Just to keep the integrity of the shape of the food, I like the stacking containers better than ziploc bags. They have a lot of nice ones and I was surprised to see that they weren't too expensive. It might be great for you and your growing family. You can put a sticker with the food title and date taped to the side so you can see what you have.

Hi Nikki, I know this is super random, but where did you get your couch? I know you mentioned it in a few Volgs, but I can’t find it. I’m buying a house and want to try to find yours or something similar.

I just made a recipe VERY similar to your lasagna this week, except I turned it into loaded mac n cheese! Totally interested to try this as a lasagna freezer meal instead!!

I'm super motivated to try this now! In the past, I've done the freezer to crock pot thing, and I just wasn't a fan of that. A lot of the recipes called for canned cream of "fill in the blank" soups….and they just didn't cook up right in the crock pot. Perhaps having things already pre-cooked and portioned in single serve bags would go a long way with all of my picky eaters!! Definitely excited to try the smoothie bag idea, as I'm aiming to breastfeed our little one when she arrives<3

Since you freeze everything just wanted to know how long do the meals last for in the freezer? And how do you reheat just microwave or in the oven? I don’t really like to use the microwave unless I have to. Thank you for the video it’s really inspired me to freeze meals. I have never done that before. And also Idk how I missed your delivery video 😱 😍. Congrats on your new little one. Truly am so happy for you guys!! And you are so strong! I’ve always had my babies with epidural 😬.

Please Nikki more freezer meals!!!!😍 I love them!!! the only thing I freeze are lasagna, tomato sauce, and ‘passato di verdure’ that is mixed vegetable soup…and I use to freeze chopped parsley and basil…that’s a great help since I can’t cook without them 🤪

I love those chipotle peppers! They make everything taste good. I usually put them in tuna and pasta dishes and it’s delicious. Definitely try it out in the future. 😋

Hi Nikki!! So happy for you and Dan being able to celebrate a happy, healthy, baby Logan!! I really loved watching you prepare all these freezer meals, and I’m sure it’s been an absolute life saver since labor!!! While I’m pescatarian, I will say my favorite looking recipe is the veggie soup (or the chicken soup with vegan chicken strips) or the taquitos!!! I LOVE Mexican food so I will definitely try out this recipe. Looks so yummy!!! Wishing you guys the best of luck with your newborn, Congratulations!!! 🙂
