PRO TIP: Add a good amount of oil in the beginning when sautéing. If you don’t, the ground beef might start sticking to the bottom of your pot and burn/trigger the “burn” warning, as it’s pressure cooking.

I got the BURN sign on this one. Somehow the Instant Pot was not reaching its high pressure. I probably needed more liquids. 😞
