Yea that's bulalo for sure. Oxtail, bones( with marrows), cabbage(repolyo), pakchoy or bokchoy(pechay), potatoes(patatas), longbeans(we called here sitaw, stringbeans or polebeans), corn(mais). These are the usual ingredients. Gonna have one.

I use to put corn, potato and banana(saba-local Filipino banana) on my bulalo. That’s perfect for for cold weather. Most Filipino’s eat bulalo with dipping sauce like fish sauce with lime and pepper or soy sauce with lime and pepper.

yeah… bulalo should also have corn and potato.. and it is better to only have pechay or bok choi ( without cabbage) for leafy vegetable.. you can taste the big difference of having and not having cabbage

Filipino bulalo use beef bone marrow and kalitiran ( beef with gelatinous cartilage)… Add a beef cube to enhance the flavor… For veggies we use cabbage, bok choy, corn , potato, green beans….btw mung beans are green little beans like lentils
