    Quang tran, Filipino gang heart you. Just a suggestion, next time partner it with boiled egg. Also, in my province Lipa City, Batangas, we also add potato with the Adobo.     Level up if you brown the meat with the spices before adding the soy and vinegar. And you were right, another level up if you do throw in boiled eggs. The sauce is way better with whole, toasted peppercorns — ground pepper won't do. Awesome job, man!
