    Thank you for showing us your source for recipes. I love all things pickled (with vinegar or fermented) and ordered the book after yr last video and it is such a resource with SO MANY recipes. Many books have this type of info but their recipes are usually very traditional but this one is so out of my box, I can’t wait to try them. Great video as usual. Tfs.
