How do you preserve atm milk. Bought mine and put it in the fridge. It got spoilt. Do I need to boil it before hand?
Oh and one final comment. 😂 the fresh food and pulses are much cheaper for you than me, but supermarket stuff seems cheaper here in Australia! That shocked me. Paying that much for coconut milk and tomato paste cans! So it does even out!

We don’t have actual brand InstantPot in Australia. But I bought one anyway online through Amazon! I had to buy a power cord here though. It’s wonderful!! And so many recipes. But too many American recipes 😅 too many cans and packets. So expensive and not so healthy. But now also some good healthy recipes too!
If you didn't know, keeping matumbo in water keeps it fresh, take it out of water for a few hours and you will run away😅

If I include meat & sterilized milk as monthly grocery, our budget would shot to $137 for family of 5. Ewww.

Nowadays wholesale and supermarket have little difference and this i speak after trying and comparing. I went for supermarket at the end of the day supermarket has an additional points that also do help but prices vary and some are cheaper at the wholesale others at the supermarket
