Are you your own production house? Photography, music , direction, editing…
How much time do you spend per day? Subtle things like putting the mushrooms into the bowls or wiping off the plate with towel, describing the dryness in spite of sauce, describing the colors.. you are nailing it to perfection.
Hearty Congratulations on your success here on YouTube.I personally see your work beyond cooking. You should perhaps give a talk in this respect on β€œhow simplicity goes to impacts big”.

Hi Wil. Did you ever prepare veg. dish Gobi manchurian? We loved to eat it in Tibetan restaurants in south India. Try if you want, it is simple and very delishious!!βπŸ‘πŸ™‚

You also taught me how to cut veggies correctly! In one of your videos I saw how you cut carrots (you make a thin cut and flip the carrot over so the side with the cut is resting on the cutting board which prevent the carrot from rolling around)…I tried it out and laughed at myself for being so stupid all these years. Now I see how you cut the bell pepper and I'll definitely try that next!! Thank you!
