Would a vegan fish sauce be a close replacement to oyster sauce? I have found fish but not oyster plant based in my local grocery store.

You also taught me how to cut veggies correctly! In one of your videos I saw how you cut carrots (you make a thin cut and flip the carrot over so the side with the cut is resting on the cutting board which prevent the carrot from rolling around)…I tried it out and laughed at myself for being so stupid all these years. Now I see how you cut the bell pepper and I'll definitely try that next!! Thank you!
