Try making Filipino pork menudo, it's tasty as well, it has hot dogs in there, many variations online, but my go to recipe is from Panlasang Pinoy. I also I add chunks of green bell peppers, and my mom's secret ingredient at the end, a touch of whole milk or half and half. It's really good over jasmine rice.

new to Electric pressure cooker, still not yet cook in it yet since the pot arrived on Wednesday. in fact never used a pressure cooker before so will be interesting but willing to try.. Boleh lah"". the stew looks great and with last minute ingredients. That is good but 90 minutes is a bit longer than I thought. what will happen if I include potatoes in, do I need to up the time for cooking?
