Happy that you got the tools for your kitchen aide machine. It has made your life much easier.
You do so much work with good food for your family. It is great to see a young person actually working from scratch!
I am a city girl but I enjoy watching your farm life videos.

Watching this reminds me of days spent in the kitchen with my much older sister, when I was Levi's age. Good memories! Kids learn so much through doing, and your kids have daily opportunities to learn! Great job, mom Nili! 👌👏😊

Watching you make all this yummy stuff with your apples, takes me back to the days when I was raising my kids and canning, dehydrating, and preserving everything I could. My kids’ favorite dried fruit was the Candied Dried Apples. I dried a batch or two after I dried the regular ones and it was always a treat. I dipped the slices into a mixture of orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, and red hot candies, that I cooked till the candies were melted then put them on the dehydrator trays. The apple slices don’t absorb so much that it’s super sweet. But just enough to give you the taste of a candied apple. And they were the chewy consistency as well. They were a neighborhood Christmas gift favorite too. It’s been several years since I’ve been able to can and preserve like I used to, since being diagnosed with MS. But I love all the memories I made with my family during that time. And watching you with your family Nili, doing these things, is so much fun! 🤗💖

Every child is the same they all love bathroom humour. Apple poop is the best. I thought he was going to say something else other than the apple hole. Too funny. You have been one busy lady.
