I can't believe it took me so long to find your channel! ๐ I'm also a vegan prepper in Northern Colorado. I live fairly close to Pope Farms and bought veggie and herb plants there late last season.
I donโt care for sweet potatoes but my husband loves them. I would have never thought of using them for scalloped potatoes! What a great idea. I loved it when you said you were going to apologize butโฆyou have small children. They donโt really understand the process of you tube and recordings. I try to be so understanding of moms with young kiddos. I had 4 young boys at once and I know how rough it is trying to do stuff. A bit ago, I was in Aldis and this young boy was screaming and crying. I could tell mama was tired but she very kindly and patiently crouched down and asked him what was happening and he told her and then he was fine. I went up to her and she looked at me warily lol. I told her that I so appreciated how she took the extra time to be calm and patient with her child. It was late in the afternoon and I said he was prob tired or hungry and it was hard for him to be in there. She thanked me profusely. Said she was used to people criticizing cause of her loud children. She walked away with a smile with her children. I feel itโs so important to compliment others and to be understanding, no matter where you are! Anyways lol. Thx for video! I will let you know how Steve enjoys those potatoes!๐๐

I've been making strawberry and banana smoothies that are naturally sweet from the fruit. Tonight I'm going to make some homemade zucchini bread. The weather is so chilly and lots of snow here. Happy Spring Day friends in our community. We need Peace and Love and Joy and Kindness. I've been prepping lot's of veggies and fruits. The grocery store prices are going up my family and I also Julie noticed We continue to pray for our family's and friends in our community. I finally found some dairy free and vegan products. We have been eating homemade soups because I have a toothache. I'm doing a lot of home remedies. My family and I also Julie don't have dental insurance. Only potatoes and herbs this year. Water is too expansive here and our neighbors feed the squirrels and so they think our planters belong to them also. They eat to take our squash seeds and ate our entire artichoke plants.

I think those are some great ideas. You have really opened my mind to different things to watch out for regarding Vegan diet. That bread looks absolutely awesome! Good Morning, Tory. I really enjoyed all the meal prep and seeds. I love scalloped potatoes, so yummy. I am planting a lot of the same seeds as you. Iโm zone 8b. I also plant lots of cilantro, parsley, and Thai Basil. I made Toscano soup with impossible sausage and lots of kale. I always prep beans too. So easy to freeze and use. โค๏ธ๐

I've had a break through, always been puzzled by your American zucchini as I've never seen it in our shops over here in the UK and thought that I was missing out, I have just found out that we do have it here, but we call them courgette's ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
