I usually make my Grandma’s chilly but I’m trying this recipe. This looks so good. My Uncle used to put Chorizo and Smoke sausage to the chili when he made his version😋😋. The cornbread is different but will try that too😋😋

Chili looks good, but the chorizo and bacon kinda throw me off a bit. At that point the chili became frijoles charros. I also dislike adding bacon to my charros cos they get too soft and mushy. I like my bacon crunchy. 😋
