For some reason there is a green screen from 24:2425:02, keep watching, it comes back on. Not sure what happened! I think sometimes my editing software does that when I make a super long video. I have no idea 😂😂 Thank you for watching!!

What a good wife and Mother you are to prepare such delicious food for your family to have when they need it. I know it takes a LOT of work to do all of this prep, but it helps in the long run. Thanks for the recipe for the muffins. They looked delish! TFS

I make enough omelettes to last a week, very fast breakfast, and if not time to eat at home I take them to work. I keep cheap silverware from Walmart in a bag at work, Monday I restock silverware if needed

I use baking soda and borax to soak and clean my veggies and none berry fruit …baking soda takes off 98% of the pesticide residue, I also scrub them…I do the same as you for my berries but your suppose to use a 14 cup of vinegar for the amount of water you put in the salad spinner…I use my salad spinner the same to soak …the borax is to eliminate the fluoride from the water you use to soak the veggies…you can also use borax in your filtered drinking water, only a 14 teaspoon per liter, and to your bath water to eliminate the fluoride…just a FYI for all going holistic 😇

As for strawberries, you do NOT need to cut off the top. You can either “scrape” the green top off with a knife, or push a straw through them. You needn’t waste 1/3 of a berry 😊

Not keto but I know this vid is from last year but if you put paper towels under your produce they will stay fresh longer.. I can't imagine your salad being fresh or crunchy after even one day in the fridge much less 3days

If you were washing your fruit with vinegar to knock down any mold you might want to add more for the first rinse and then do a water only second rinse. I can't imagine you're doing much to the ph of the water with just a capful.

Just a bit confused about the mention of Keto in the subject line but the ingredients are not Keto. Potatoe's are excluded on a Keto diet. For the muffin recipe it says 'flour' but doesn't say what kind of flour. Do you use Almond flour to make it a Keto muffin? Does Almond flour actually work in this recipe?

Hi Jen, love all of your videos. I am in Australia and I am an eggaholic lol, love eggs all different ways. Have you ever tried curried eggs instead of deviled eggs for a change. They are very simple, you do exactly the same as deviled eggs but when you madh the yolks you add either mayo or plain Greek yoghurt and curry powder to taste. Super yummy.
Thanks for all of your great videos 👏🤩😁
