    Do you need supplements to be successful?
    I find myself feeling alitle bit out of it when trying to switch over from a SAD to WFPB or more run down like im not getting enough food or something.

    I struggle with freezing cold smoothies in the cooler weather too. I add 2/3 cold water 1/3 kettle boiled water and it makes it so much easier to drink. I just make sure the greens and powders are first in the jug so the hot water will only touch some frozen fruit at the top before it’s mixed with the cold water. Tip for anyone to try 👍🏻

    Just An FYI (if you didn't know): Costco sells organic frozen fruit in bulk. They typically have organic frozen (mangoes, strawberries, blueberries (sometimes wild), mixed fruits, mixed berries, jackfruit (during the spring), cherries (during the spring), and sometimes pitaya. It's much cheaper there, and you'll get at least twice as much for the price it is at Whole Foods.

    I love that you guys genuinely care about your health, and you're giving your kids an awesome start in their lives by eating that way. I wish I knew what I knew now about eating plant based when I was a kid. And I wanted to thank you guys because you have been very helpful in my transition to plant-based with your recipes and videos. You guys introduced me to Sun Warrior protein powder (because I was worried about how I would build more muscle) and now I never have a smoothie without it.🙂
