I know it takes time to get the funding to build up your audio equipment collection. That being said, it would make for improved production value to shorten conversations amongst each other until all are properly miked 🎤. We couldn’t understand an equally balanced convo without individual mics; as a viewer I felt left out during that segment around the fire while meat was cooking. All my critiques come with love ❤️.
    BBQ looks flavorful! Big 🆙!

The mustard was actually supposed to go on before you put the rub on so it helps the rub adhere to the meat. I’m actually writing this before you finish so I don’t know what the actual outcome is. Hope it turns out ok. I use the McCormicks Applewood rub as well on my ribs. I will either cook them in the oven uncovered, put them on the charcoal grill or in my pellet smoker. I’m not a bbq sauce person.

Add the mustard first, then add your other ingredients, don't forget the black pepper 😱😱. With the sauce, trying cooking it next time, to thicken 👌👍😎🇬🇾
