Last time I gave up sugar it really threw me for a loop. I will say I think I have quite a tendency to addiction based on how I feel if I miss my morning coffee. It took me three weeks to feel ok last time I gave up sugar.

Failure isn't falling down it is staying down. Don't beat yourself up. I haven't not been perfect in my goals but I am not going to give up. I am determined this year to succeed. I love watching your videos.

Watch how much fruits you eat they have a lot of sugar and on anything you eat or drink look for total carbohydrates and see how many grams there are in it. It turns to pure sugar that is actually how much sugar that is in each package, box, or container that you eat or drink

When I got married in July 2022, my insurance changed, and was taking forever to get a new neurologist, when it was almost done my husband lost his job, so had to wait to get back to my old insurance. Finally all set again. But I was due for an infusion of my Multiple Sclerosis medication in September. It's been a serious struggle, pain and exhaustion. I'm beyond behind in good cleaning, and sugar has kept me happy so ill get back to healthy in February, as I'll get my infusion January 20th, and it takes a week or two to feel better. I'm excited for it! Haha
You are amazing sticking to it!

There's been quite a few conflicting health experts 🤷🏻 with different ideals about food intake, they say to you should not deny yourself what you are craving because you will end up falling off the wagon and eat all the things that you are shutting out food wise. So give yourself a cheat day to enjoy a few goodies and then start your healthier eating habits the rest of the week. They just say to not go overboard so treat yourself 🤗

Good afternoon Meghan, how are you? Your daughter Nola is so sweet to watch and listen to! She always brightens my day with her sweet voice. I would love for you to make your sourdough bread again with us…I enjoy watching how you make it so perfect and I bet it taste as good as it looks. Please film if you make the English muffins, would love to see that as well. Have a great rest of your afternoon😊

I also made English muffins, thought they looked easy. Nope, not doing that again, and it had such high reviews, or I'm not a bread maker. The reciped involved an electric frypan and jar rings ( supposed to hold the shape of the dough). Nope, not doing that again, I'll stick to cookies.

You didn't fail. Keep up the good work. I made a resolution to lose weight by eating a low carb diet. It isn't easy. I also made a resolution to read the Bible in a year. So far so good with that.
