tears..I remember my daughters romantic engagement. Fantastic news! So exciting. The absolute best way to cook corn beef. I used to do it in the crock pot but sooo much better in the instapot. I also do ribs when I dont want to put on the oven. I just finish them under the broiler. The beer doesn't really add much to the corn beef.
My husband and I ate our whole corn beef also. It was small. 😊. Happy for Jordan
