I feel like instead of using Asian dishes and replace their original recipe of milk with yoghurt, I feel this should’ve given you an opportunity to explore middle eastern dishes that already have yoghurt in their recipes! Examples can be Kousa Al Laban (Lebanese yoghurt stew with zucchinis stuffed with beef, or mansaf (Jordanian yoghurt stew with lamb and fresh rice topped with pine nuts and parsley I think?) you can also do classic yoghurt sandwiches with pita bread and Zaatar and make a yoghurt pudding dessert with rose water and simple syrup, or a tzatziki salad (which I know is similar to the Indian yoghurt salad you made). But idk if it was cheating to research yoghurt recipes then I guess you won with these Asian recipes. But my point was that using up all that yoghurt is not very difficult to incorporate for Middle Eastern cooking so it was a little sad to see none of them being used.
