How much time do you recommend to knead the dough if we don’t have a stand up mixer? I really want to try this, but I’m not sure on the kneading part.
I have a cinnamon roll recipe that's about 43 years old. Made by hand, and always a "keep fingers crossed" moment if they were kneeded enough. I made yours last night, and OMG!!!!! they were perfect! Light, fluffy pillows! Perfect recipe my girl. This is one very happy Nana. 😊
