Looking forward to trying this, I like how the texture looks more like real sourdough. Most of the gluten free recipes I've seen on YouTube have their bread coming out way too dense and not like what a sourdough loaf should look like on the inside.
Caputo flour is $20/kg. I'm celiac, not stupid.
