Omg….I was rolling at the lunchroom comment….😂😂 Also love the Jello Pudding mixed in…been doing the banana cream with a few mini nilla wafers to make low calorie banana pudding. My fave is the cheesecake followed by the banana cream…

Yes, girl! Amazon music kept glitching out on me, especially when working out, and that is no bueno. I ended up canceling and going with YouTube music, and so much better, imo.

‘The Man in the Arena’ speech by Theodore Roosevelt immediately popped into my head today while listening to your vent session about the haters in the comments. Read it and keep your chin up girl!!! You are kicking serious a**! ❤

I am studying personal training in college of course I am zealous in it. But I want to say, I would like to see less rolling of up thoracic spine and more solid back form. Very minimal movement in that area. But other than that you’re getting stronger, been watching your channel for a long time now. 😆😉

How did you work up to doing pull ups? Is it something that can be achieved at home? I don’t have a gym membership and do my best with what I can using my adjustable dumbbells and following at home workouts with Caroline Girvan.

My pitbull does the same thing, he has to go wherever I go, sometimes he's asleep in the living room where I watch TV and he wakes up just to to see if I'm still there 😅😂

My schedule changed so I have been waking up at 4:45am to get my workout done (not nearly as early as you) but it is tough and I am feeling it today (tired, sore throat, allergies) but it will not stop me, I will do it all tomorrow and keep pushing through

I am not a cottage cheese girly. It's the taste for me even in things like the Starbucks egg bites I can still taste it. Also, I don't think the way you were doing your pull ups is cheating. Now, as someone who has just started with assisted pull ups I might not be an expert, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Couple lifting hints for you. When you deadlift, try not to raise your hips first. Your third lift was the best where you rise using your legs in one motion, not hips first and push up through your feet. That will relieve strain on your back. When you back squat, take a good breath in, brace your abdomen, hold your breath during the downward motion, and slow down your descent – try not to fall into the bottom and use the breath control to squat. Again, if I am remembering correctly, your third lift was the best. When you rise, try pushing upward with your hands but not lifting the bar off your back – you will be surprised how that eases coming back up. (I took lessons from an olympic weightlifting coach for about 10 years and he gave great cues for lifting). Hope that helps!

🔥🔥🔥🔥 as usual!! Hey girl hey!! I currently go to planet fitness for lifting weights. However I've been thinking about going to a better gym that have a bit more variety when it comes to weight machines. I remember when you used to go to planet fitness. Is it much better going to another type of gym to have other machines to really work your muscles? I love that $10 price but I think I need more variety in my life!
