Dont like the smashing and cutting. Proper smashburgers are my favourite but this is too much
The butter is just burnt, it is give a really bad flavour… Try with fat, will be much more better.

Awwww! 😡 JUST RUINED GOOD MEAT with powder seasoning and butter!!!! What a shame. I know chef's use butter to add flavor and richness but 😝 so full of unnecessary added calories. Ok once and awhile.

Looks like a stupid way to do it. The meat is not evenly cooked and over cooked.

Looks good and I would definitely eat that. I gotta ask though, what's the point of cooking the ground beef patties and then smashing it up like that? Not only do you lose the juice that's inside but you lose a lot of the flavors from the seasoning!
I'm on both blood thinner, and, high cholesterol meds, but, would still happily eat that cheese burger. 😂
