Hi Joe. Thanks for the video on these amazing street food stalls. We went to three of the four you featured and only missed the crab place because it was closed today. It's a great area to visit. Such a relaxed atmosphere walking and eating in this part of the city. We found all the foods delicious. Will definitely come back for the crab another time. 🙏

I'm Thai, so I have chicken broth to eat later to reduce the spiciness of the chicken dipping sauce. and for freshness We don't usually pour soup on rice. because the taste of the chicken sauce will be weaker

It may seem strange, but when either you or Gary post a video, particularly of the food being cooked, I can smell it, without any "smellovision" technology. I would much rather be there and enjoy it. Keep at it, Joe, you have the right attitude for this.

Authentic kao man gai, star of the show I would definitely order chicken blood. Gary explain the recipe really well, overall delicious meals that I would love to try… winter Melon in a soup!!! I’m intrigued how would that taste, Probably like chow chow. 3 stop was the best I just know that food cooked in pork fat is much moorish pork and the crackling 🙌🏼

thanks Joe and Gary for MORE recommendations 🙂 Getting ready – will be in BKK in two days time (Wednesday) – love that friend chicken @ the 1st stop (not so much the chicken blood). Now to map out these places – get the sneakers on and spend hours walking around (at least these places are near a MRT – this is my 1st trip back in 3 yrs – these stations weren't there then). Going to have to watch the waistline for the week that I'm there 🙂

Gary did an amazing job introducing you to these places that I didn't even know before. And they all look great! While you are a foodie genius Joe. You are able to explain the tastes, textures and intregrients of food very well which is important to make a good food video.
