    Great video… about to dive into this. One comment though, you're not supposed to eat garlic on this diet, so seasoning with garlic powder or onion powder is probably not a good idea for most. Garlic infused olive oil is allegedly OK (ref low FODMAP diet) although I probably will just suffer without all garlic for a month to be "safe". Where is the video for week #4?!?

    This is a great series. I really hope you make a final video about how the reintroduction went and if you thought the diet was worth it in the end.
