    It's called zesting not debarking a tree.
    The amount of times I see people with their microplane upside down "zesting" with the weight of the fruit.
    That's inbred behavior.
    Use the weight of the microplane only and let it skate over the flesh.
    Not fruit on top sawing like you're building a house.
