Pudding never has eggs, custard does. I put sliced bananas into my vanilla pudding, which makes it taste completely of banana as it sits. I may try making these nilla wafers, though. I can't get them easily here, and haven't had this dessert in almost 2 decades because of the lack of wafer.
I'd never heard of it having egg to begin with. Good video; I'm only here to add my like. I don't actually enjoy bananas. 🙂
What can I use other than the sugar? Would monkfruit sweetener work?
